About NIWO

Chinese players discover games on 抖音 (Douyin), B站 (Bilibili) and 小红书 (Rednote). Almost every tool built for gaming creator marketing assumes TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. NIWO exists to close that gap.

Where we come from

NIWO's founding team has worked with international gaming studios and publishers on everything from advisory and localization to go to market, across many markets. The same problem kept coming up.

Every studio needed a fast, cost effective way to scale up their exposure through creator campaigns with gaming influencers on Chinese social media. And every time, time zone gaps, language barriers and cultural differences made communication difficult and outcomes unpredictable.

That is the pain point NIWO solves.

Why we built it

The performance-based model works. A studio puts up a budget and a rate per thousand views, creators pick the games they actually want to cover, and money follows results instead of follower counts. Platforms in the West have been running it for years.

None of them reach China. The platforms they run on are unavailable there, the payment rails do not work, and the creator relationships do not transfer. A studio wanting Chinese coverage has been left with agencies, fixed fees, and very little visibility into what the money bought.

So we rebuilt the model natively: Chinese platforms, RMB payouts to 微信 (WeChat) and 支付宝 (Alipay), and creators who already have an audience that plays games.

Where we are

Honestly: early. Just over 240 registered creators, more than $10,000 paid out to them, and a dozen or so games in the pipeline. We would rather publish those numbers than round them up.

Being early has a real upside for the people who join now. Campaign budgets are first come, first served, so there is less competition for them than there will be later.

How we make money

A percentage fee on studio campaign spend. 25% between $5,000 and $10,000, dropping to 20% above that. Nothing is taken out of creator earnings. A creator who earns $2,000 receives $2,000. That split matters to us: creators are the reason any of this works.
